Just before 10:30 LCWC dispatched Manheim Fire Department to the 300 block of South Main Street in Penn Township for a reported building fire. Both PD and Chief 26 were reporting smoke visible while responding and the working fire dispatch was requested. Bringing engine 22-1 to the scene.
